Xiaomi 15T and 15T Pro are a new series of T-series phones designed for those who want flagship capabilities at a more affordable price. Both models have a large 6.83" OLED display, a capacious 5500 mAh battery, and IP68 resistance. These devices differ from the previous series with newer processors, better cooling, and additional features. The biggest difference between them is the camera and wireless charging capabilities, which are only offered by the Pro version.
Xiaomi 15T
Xiaomi 15T is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Ultra processor, which ensures smooth performance. The phone has 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage. The display has a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, so the image is bright and smooth. The battery supports 67W fast charging via cable.
The device has a triple camera system: 50MP main, 50MP telephoto and 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens. The software is enriched with the HyperOS system, which provides more options for photography and video recording. The built-in stereo speaker set ensures high-quality sound. True, we will not find wireless charging in this model.
Compared to the Xiaomi 14T, the new 15T has a more powerful processor and an improved cooling system. The screen has become slightly larger and provides even better brightness. There is also a new feature - “Offline Communication”, which allows you to make calls without a mobile connection between two 15T series phones. This is an important step forward, although some features, such as the refresh rate, have been slightly reduced.
Xiaomi 15T Pro
The Xiaomi 15T Pro has an even more powerful MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ processor. It offers up to 1 TB of memory, so there will be enough space for even the most demanding users. The screen retains the 6.83" size, but supports a 144Hz refresh rate. The battery supports 90W wired and 50W wireless charging.
The camera system here is even more impressive – 50MP main, 50MP 5× periscope telephoto lens and 12MP "Ultrawide" lens. You can shoot extremely high-quality videos with various professional modes. The screen is adapted to protect the eyes, making it comfortable to use even for a long time. The body is protected by durable glass and IP68 certification.
Compared to the 14T Pro, the new model has a faster processor and a larger battery. The camera system has been improved, especially the telephoto lens capabilities, which allow you to zoom in up to 5x without losing quality. It also adds the Offline Communication feature, which was not available before. While the 14T Pro had faster wired charging, the overall set of improvements in the 15T Pro could make it a more attractive option.
