Description
Forgetting about cleaning the litter box every day sounds tempting – this smart cat toilet automatically collects waste into a separate 9-liter container. The manufacturer states that it can last up to about 15 days, depending on the cat and the intensity of use.
An ion-based system is used to reduce odors and bacteria, which does not require replaceable filters or other consumables. The manufacturer claims a sterilization rate of up to 99.8 % and an odor decomposition rate of up to 92 %.
The toilet can be monitored and controlled via the Tuya app on your phone. It provides information about the cat's weight, usage time and frequency, and the device itself operates extremely quietly - the declared noise level does not exceed 35 dB.
For safety, several different sensors are installed - an infrared sensor and four weight sensors monitor whether a cat is inside or near the toilet. The integrated design and automatic stop help reduce the risk of crushing during the cleaning cycle.
The cleaning mechanism is designed to prevent dangerous gaps between moving parts as the inner drum rotates. If it detects weight, a nearby cat, or other unusual situation, the system automatically stops rotation.
Daily maintenance is also quite simple - the waste bag is removed by opening the top of the container, and the entire inner drum can be separated from the base. The drum and removable parts can be washed with water, but the base containing the electronics is not washable.
The 65 l internal chamber capacity is packed into a fairly compact 48.8 × 52.8 × 50.3 cm body. The manufacturer recommends the litter box for cats from 6 months of age, so it is suitable for both smaller and larger adult cats.
The toilet is compatible with many types of clumping litter - tofu, bentonite, mineral and mixed litter. It is recommended that the granules be up to 3 mm in diameter and up to 15 mm in length, and the easily removable and washable drum makes periodic maintenance easier.
