Redmi Note 15 Pro+ 5G is an updated series phone that is most powerful where it really matters every day. Compared to the Note 14 Pro+ 5G, it has a larger 6500mAh battery, a newer Snapdragon 7s Gen 4, and even stronger water/dust protection (IP66/IP68/IP69/IP69K). Charging is a bit slower in numbers (100W instead of 120W), but battery endurance has increased significantly.
