POPDEER PD-J02 is a compact car jump starter designed for situations when the battery fails. The declared 3000A peak current helps to quickly start 12V vehicles when you need it most. It is a convenient "plan B" for the trunk - especially in winter, on trips or when the car is parked for a long time.
PD-J02 is also useful as an external battery for your phone or other electronics. One USB output is for regular charging, and the other supports QC 3.0 (up to 9V/2A or 12V/1.5A), so compatible devices will charge faster. The built-in LED light helps when you need to connect the terminals in the dark or when cleaning the car. Such a combination is very practical when one device solves several problems at once.
The display clearly shows the device's battery level and active mode, so you can quickly see if the device is ready to jump start. On the connector side, it has a USB-C input for charging (5V/2A or 9V/2A), two USB outputs for devices, and a separate 12V connector for jump leads.
First, make sure the PD-J02 is charged, then connect the smart clamps to the device. Place the red clamp on the battery's "+" terminal, and the black clamp on the "-" terminal. Charging is recommended in a warmer environment – from 0°C to +40°C – to ensure stable battery life. This means that you can start it even in winter, but it is better to choose a room or at least a temperature not below freezing for charging.
The device is designed for 12V systems and is declared suitable for up to 10.0L gasoline and up to 8.0L diesel, so it covers most passenger cars, SUVs and some commercial vehicles.
